Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
2. Refunds

Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.

Non-Refundable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for refunds.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@orobedding.com.
Please provide your order number and photographs showing the damage or defect. After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, where applicable.
